The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. This role requires a proactive professional with a deep understanding of business analysis, change management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact change initiatives, drive process improvements, and enhance data capabilities to support business decision-making.

The position involves stakeholder management at a senior level, liaising with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration with business, IT, and change teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in influencing strategic decisions, providing insights, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency within the CLM team.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Change & Process Improvement
  2. Lead and manage multiple complex change initiatives within CLM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Drive process optimization by identifying, recommending, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and client experience.
  4. Develop business cases and impact assessments to prioritize change initiatives based on value, risk, and regulatory impact.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and risk functions to ensure seamless delivery of transformation programs.
  6. Track and report progress on key change initiatives, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
  8. Act as a key liaison between senior business leaders, IT, and change teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  9. Lead high-level workshops and meetings, driving discussions on priorities, timelines, and strategic objectives.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive initiatives forward.
  11. Provide leadership and mentor junior business analysts within the team.
  12. Data & Management Information (MI) Capabilities
  13. Oversee the development and enhancement of data and MI capabilities to support business intelligence and strategic planning.
  14. Leverage data analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  15. Deliver clear, data-driven reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management within CLM or a similar domain.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at senior levels.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization), PowerPoint (for executive presentations), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking, financial services, or a related domain.
  • Hands-on experience leading large-scale process optimization or transformation projects.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive teams.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within CLM and financial services.
