The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. This role requires a proactive professional with a deep understanding of business analysis, change management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact change initiatives, drive process improvements, and enhance data capabilities to support business decision-making.
The position involves stakeholder management at a senior level, liaising with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration with business, IT, and change teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in influencing strategic decisions, providing insights, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency within the CLM team.
