Job summary

SS&C Technologies is seeking a high-performing Senior Business Analyst to join our fast-paced transformation team, focusing on Life & Pensions projects. You will shape change initiatives, influence product and service evolution, and ensure outcomes meet regulatory and client expectations.

You will lead end-to-end analysis, manage requirements quality and traceability, facilitate workshops, and act as the interface between clients, business operations, product teams, architects, and delivery

Qualifications

• Senior BA with independent end-to-end analysis leadership in complex change programs.
• Strong knowledge of Life & Pensions policy administration and servicing.
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks; excellent stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for Life & Pensions initiatives.
• Elicit, document, and validate detailed requirements and user stories with traceability.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings; influence decisions.
• Mentor junior BAs and contribute to BA Practice development.
