Senior Business Analyst (Information Security)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out internal audits as part of ISO27001:2022 certification
• Participate in ISO27001:2022 surveillance and recertification audits working with various external auditors
• Assist with producing Standard Operating Procedures and System Operating Procedures for key applications, working with a variety of stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end product involvement from workshops through to design and delivery phases
• Conduct ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ process mapping
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders across all levels
• Manage stakeholders from c-suite to developers, both internally and with clients

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in Business Analysis within the last 7 years, with a track record in large-scale change and/or technology projects
• Experience with information security, cyber security, and privacy protection, focusing on ISO27001:2022 and ISO27002:2022 controls
• ISO27001:2022 Internal Auditor certification or willingness to obtain it
• Ability to produce high-standard business process maps and documentation
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience, including at senior levels
• Ability to bridge IT and business requirements effectively
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Pragmatic and results-oriented approach
