Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a dynamic FinTech client in Randburg, Gauteng. You will bridge business needs and technology, gathering requirements, modeling processes, and translating them into functional specifications for software teams in an Agile environment.

You will work with product managers, designers, and developers, run workshops, support UAT, develop training materials, and contribute to product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech or financial services.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
