Job summary

Computershare UK is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our global Investor Engagement team. Based in London with a hybrid working pattern, you will elicit, analyse and document business requirements, and ensure alignment between stakeholder needs, product objectives and technology delivery.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to shape customer-focused solutions, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and drive delivery of the ingage IR platform across

• Experience eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with cross-functional Agile delivery, product managers, designers and engineers.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, UI/UX and Engineers to shape solutions.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitation sessions.
• Prepare high‑level requirements and high quality user stories for refinement.
• Capture information in clear, reviewable formats for stakeholders.
