Job summary

Insight Investment in London is seeking a senior Product Analyst to join the Investment Solutions product team, driving automation and efficiency within the portfolio management platform.

You will face off to business and technology stakeholders, gather requirements, write user stories, test, and handover to IT support. Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting developers and testers are also key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and documenting stories for IT delivery.
• Ability to translate business needs into epics and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across business and tech.
• Experience with Agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Develop and detail product backlog with epics and user stories.
• Mentor junior Product Analysts and support developers and testers.
• Act as liaison between product owners, business and development teams.
• Support testing planning, execution and documentation for sprints.
• Maintain relationships across teams and sites.
