Job Description:
What You Will Do
- Analyze multi-layered events, payments, and corporate action business cases, describing how they are processed, maintained, and delivered to customers; ISO15022 / ISO20022 standards are important in this area
- Develop and describe solutions collaboratively with Product Management, Business and IT Architecture, IT Development, and Global Operations
- Lead business acceptance testing and participate in customer communication
- Collaborate proactively in an agile environment (SAFe Agile Framework)
- Present solutions to diverse internal and external stakeholders to develop optimal services for clients
What You Bring
- University degree in economics, business informatics, or a banking apprenticeship with further education
- Profound knowledge of financial instruments and markets
- Deep understanding of all types of events/corporate actions, both unstructured (news) and structured (ISO15022 / ISO20022)
- Over 5 years of experience as a business analyst in banking or with banking software providers, focusing on securities processing, operations, business concepts, requirements, or standards
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness across hierarchical levels and departments
