Citi is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to enhance its Client Onboarding technology solutions in Belfast. The Client Onboarding technology team are responsible for providing innovative solutions to enhance user operations on our enterprise platform. This involves end to end responsibilities from data modelling, application design, data integration / analysis and working with the operation and business partners for implementation.
Purpose Of The Role:
The Senior Technical Business Analyst will play a key role in the design and build out of the Client Onboarding technology portfolio, which involves a dynamic rules-drive technology platform with a feature rich user interface designed to support business and operational activities. Our application is used globally across our organisation, with continual automation and integrations to increase operational efficiencies and decrease manual touch points. This is a hybrid role with development experience essential.
