The Client Onboarding technology team are responsible for providing innovative solutions to enhance user operations on our enterprise platform. This involves end to end responsibilities from data modelling, application design, data integration / analysis and working with the operation and business partners for implementation.

Purpose Of The Role:

The Senior Technical Business Analyst will play a key role in the design and build out of the Client Onboarding technology portfolio, which involves a dynamic rules-drive technology platform with a feature rich user interface designed to support business and operational activities. Our application is used globally across our organisation, with continual automation and integrations to increase operational efficiencies and decrease manual touch points. This is a hybrid role with development experience essential.

Our mission is to deliver high quality solutions for our organisation and its Clients in the shortest sustainable lead time that enable the smartest, fastest, safest & smoothest operational execution and fulfilment.

The ideal candidate would be well positioned in our team with an opportunity to learn new skills, be provided with the necessary training and coaching to develop their own career working alongside great people across the globe

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with Sales, Operations, Legal and Business partners as a liaison between various development groups and the business to successfully deliver solutions

Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, configuring solutions, coding business rules, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timescales, with a focus on customer experience

Management of multiple projects and sub-tasks simultaneously.

Identify and communicate all key deliverables and milestones within projects

Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly

Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and development teams

Present proposals and solutions to senior stakeholders in suitable forums and present material to convey detail

Experience:

Software Development Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for communicating with various partners at various levels.

Experience working directly with multiple development teams and stakeholders across regions.

Subject matter expertise in Client Onboarding would be is an advantage.

Strong PowerPoint, MIS skills, and project management skills.

Education:

Degree level education, or equivalent with a good general academic background.
