Job summary

Anson McCade is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join a large transformation programme in the telecoms sector, based in Manchester on-site. The role pays £450/day inside IR35 and requires strong BA experience across multiple workstreams.

You’ll work with Product, Technology and Operations to translate complex problems into clear requirements and workable solutions, delivering user stories and guiding delivery teams throughout the change initiatives.

I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large transformation programme within the telecommunications sector.

You’ll be working across a number of business change initiatives, helping teams understand what needs to change, why it needs to change and what good looks like from both a customer and business perspective.

The role will involve working closely with Product, Technology and Operations teams, as well as senior stakeholders, to take complex problems and turn them into clear, workable solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking ownership of BA activity across several workstreams
• Working with stakeholders to understand business problems, priorities and requirements
• Mapping and improving customer and internal business processes
• Working across product, sales and fulfilment areas
• Identifying gaps, dependencies and potential impacts across different teams
• Supporting delivery teams with clear requirements and user stories
• Helping bring structure to complex or ambiguous pieces of work
• Providing guidance to other BAs where required

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Experience working on large-scale business transformation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams
• Good understanding of Agile delivery
• Able to work independently and take ownership of complex pieces of analysis
