Your role:
You will lead business analysis activities within your project areas, using appropriate tools and techniques to identify improvements and communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will work on large, complex products or services, often simultaneously, within agile, multidisciplinary teams focused on delivering value.
You will also lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups to translate business needs into effective solutions, manage junior BAs, and support recruitment and community growth.
Details, wages, and perks:
Location: Choose from Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, or Sheffield.
Hybrid Working: Mix of home and face-to-face work.
Pay: Up to £66,058.
Pension: Civil service pension with 28.97% employer contributions.
Holidays: Starting at 26 days, rising to 31, plus up to 3 extra days on flexi-time, and public holidays.
