Are you a Senior Business Analyst ready to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects and help shape the future of a growing BA function?

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking financial services business that’s modernising its technology landscape and creating a clear progression path within its Business Analysis team.

As the department grows, they’re looking for an experienced BA to take the lead on strategic projects with the potential that this role could evolve into a Lead Business Analyst position in the future.

As part of this, they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has a strong knowledge working on projects with APIs and Data to support the technical teams as well as setting a high standard of working across the function.

They are continuing to invest in the technology team major key projects lined for you as the Senior Business Analyst, you'll be supporting the launch of new systems as well as sitting across the core function and supporting smaller changes, whether it's a new piece of software, process change or looking at the impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver multiple business-critical projects across technology, operations, and transformation.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders - translating complex business needs into clear technical and operational solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior BAs, helping to upskill and create a culture of continuous development.
• Drive delivery of new web services, new CRM and systems transformation projects, including new technology implementations.
• Analyse data and performance using SQL and other tools to inform decisions and improve efficiency.
• Shape “as-is” and “to-be” processes, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned to strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to influence solution design and technical delivery.

What you need to be successful as the Senior Business Analyst:

• Experience working full end-to-end projects as Senior Business Analyst across complex software & technical projects.
• MUST have experience working & understanding of APIs and working with Data.
• Advantageous if you has experience working in insurance, fin-tech or other regulated industries.
