Job summary

Digitech Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support major change and transformation initiatives in the payments sector in the United Kingdom. The role requires understanding of the payments landscape and the ability to operate across business, technology and senior stakeholder groups.

You'll work on medium to large-scale change programmes, shaping problems into practical solutions, defining requirements and outcomes, assessing options and supporting delivery from business

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis experience within payments.
• Solid understanding of the UK payments landscape.
• Experience across small and large projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, definition and specification skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical requirements with architects, developers and other specialists.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, regulators and industry participants.
• Good understanding of payments-related regulation and compliance.
• Able to challenge constructively and shape the right solution rather than just document requirements.

Our client who are at the forefront of the payments industry seek a Senior Business Analyst to support a range of significant change and transformation initiatives.

A Senior BA who understands the payments landscape and can operate comfortably across business, technology and senior stakeholder groups.

You'll be working on medium to large-scale change programmes, helping shape problems into practical solutions, define requirements and outcomes, assess options, and support delivery from early-stage business cases through to testing and implementation.

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong Business Analysis experience within payments
• A solid understanding of the UK payments landscape
• Experience working across both smaller projects and large, complex programmes
• Strong requirements gathering, definition and specification skills
• The ability to bridge business and technical requirements, working effectively with architects, developers and other technical specialists
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, regulators and industry participants
• A good understanding of payments-related regulation and compliance
• Someone who can challenge constructively, identify problems and help shape the right solution rather than simply document requirements
• You'll be joining a Change function working on initiatives that will help shape the future infrastructure and evolution of digital payments, so this isn't just a BA role maintaining the status quo.
