Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited in Exeter is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a regulated industry. You will shape requirements, improve processes and ensure delivery across integration and transformation projects.

The role is hybrid, inside IR35, paying 520 per day. You will bridge business and technical teams, facilitate workshops, and drive B2B integration initiatives with suppliers, customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex change and transformation programmes.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Excellent business process mapping, analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Senior Business Analyst Hybrid Inside IR - 520 per day Exeter

We are currently supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a large-scale organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. You will play a key role in shaping requirements, improving business processes, and ensuring successful delivery across a range of integration and transformation projects.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience working as a Senior Business Analyst within complex change, transformation, or enterprise-wide programmes.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Excellent business process mapping, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience delivering system integration projects, working across multiple platforms and applications to ensure seamless data flow and business process alignment.
• Experience with B2B integrations, including the exchange of data between suppliers, customers, and third-party partners via APIs, middleware, or other integration technologies.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered.

Nice to Have

• Experience within the Utilities sector.
• Knowledge of Smart Metering programmes and technologies.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience working with Salesforce, including supporting business process improvements, system enhancements, integrations, or transformation programmes involving Salesforce platforms.
