Senior Business Analyst - Permanent - c£55k - Hybrid - Bridgend

Your new company

Hays are supporting a public sector organisation based in Bridgend to recruit a Senior Business Analyst (permanent). The role is hybrid, typically working 2 days per week on site and offering a salary up to £54,000pa.

Your new role & what you'll need to succeed

In the role you will support various IT projects that enable the organisations digital transformation journey. You'll identify business issues, gather requirements, design solutions and act as the bridge between the wider business and technical teams. You'll map and document as-is and to be business process and lead workshops/sessions across the business. To be considered, you will need to be a Senior Business Analyst with a technical IT/digital background. Experience with projects involving IT system implementation, software development or process improvement is important. You'll need to have good experience with agile ways of working and agile software development cycles including user stories, agile sprints and writing test scripts.
