Senior Business Analyst / Up to £60,000 / Bolton 1-2 Days a Week (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering strategic change and maturing the Business Analysis function over the next few months. This is a senior role, working closely with the Head of Transformation to help build out the Business Analysis team.

What you'll do:

1. Lead and manage complex transformation and change projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Collaborate with the Head of Transformation to develop the Business Analysis team.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, adapting to shifting priorities.
4. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies.
5. Engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
6. Apply change management principles to support adoption and minimise resistance.

What you bring:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Knowledge of risk, change, and resource management within complex projects.
• Understanding of business analysis and its role in project success.
• Experience in business transformation, digital change, and operational improvements.
• Proven ability to deliver projects in fast-paced, evolving environments.

The role offers up to £60,000, with 1-2 days a week on-site in Bolton and the rest WFH.
