Qualifications

• Previous administrative or business support experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive administrative support to senior leaders and teams.
• Coordinate meetings, events, travel, accommodation and logistics.
• Attend meetings, capture notes, actions and decisions; prepare documents.
• Produce high-quality briefing packs, agendas, reports and minutes.
• Support workshops and team events with internal stakeholders.
• Raise purchase orders and process administrative tasks across processes.
• Collaborate with others to ensure smooth, customer-focused operations.
