Business Administrator| Permanent | Hybrid | Warrington | £30,177

Are you a highly organised administrator who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, building strong relationships, and helping teams perform at their best? Do you thrive when juggling multiple priorities, coordinating activity behind the scenes, and being the person others rely on to keep things running smoothly?

We're looking for a Business Administrator to join our Work Management Network team, providing high-quality support to senior leaders within a fast paced and operationally focused environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a trusted partner to key stakeholders, gain exposure to a broad range of business activities, and develop your skills within a collaborative and supportive team.

Working alongside a team of experienced Business Administrators, you'll support a portfolio of around five to six senior leaders, helping them stay organised, informed, and focused on delivering for our customers. No two days are the same. From coordinating meetings and events to preparing business critical documentation and responding to changing priorities, you'll play an important role in keeping the team running efficiently.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days per week based at our Lingley Mere office in Warrington, offering a great balance of collaboration, flexibility, and variety.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing proactive administrative support to a portfolio of senior leaders, managing competing priorities and responding to changing business needs.
  • Coordinating meetings, events, travel, accommodation, and logistics, ensuring everything runs efficiently from planning through to delivery.
  • Attending leadership, HR, and Trade Union meetings, capturing accurate notes, actions, and decisions, while producing and distributing professional documentation.
  • Preparing and maintaining high-quality business materials, including agendas, reports, presentations, briefing packs, and meeting minutes.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of workshops, engagement activities, and team events, working closely with internal stakeholders and Executive Secretaries.
  • Raising purchase orders, processing employee recognition awards, and providing administrative support across a range of business processes.
  • Collaborating with fellow Business Administrators to provide seamless support across the wider team and contribute to a customer focused working environment.
What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in an administrative, business support, coordination, or other transferable role, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills across Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, balance planned and reactive workloads and consistently deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently, use your initiative, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to support Network Field Teams when required.
Why This Role

This role offers the opportunity to build valuable experience at the heart of a busy operational environment, working closely with senior leaders and gaining exposure to a broad range of business activities. You'll develop a deeper understanding of how different teams and functions come together, giving you a unique insight into the wider business while strengthening your ability to manage priorities, coordinate activity, and support key decision makers.

You'll be joining an experienced and supportive team that is committed to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous development. Whether you're looking to broaden your business knowledge, strengthen your stakeholder management skills, or take your administrative expertise to the next level, you'll be surrounded by colleagues who are invested in helping you succeed.

With plenty of variety, visibility, and responsibility, this is a role where you'll be encouraged to take ownership, build relationships across the organisation, and make a meaningful contribution from day one. If you're looking for a position that will challenge you, develop your skills, and help you grow your career in a supportive environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to do just that.
Benefits:

  • 26 days' annual leave, rising by one day for each completed holiday year (served up to a maximum of 30days) plus 8 bank holidays
  • Competitive pension with up to 14% employer contribution and life cover
  • Performance related bonus of up to 7.5% plus recognition awards
