Currie & Brown is seeking an Associate/Associate Director Building Surveyor to join our Jersey office. You will join a high-performing team delivering professional and project building surveying services across private and public sector clients.

You will help win work, lead delivery, and support the development of our building surveying offering locally—providing technical excellence, commercial awareness, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Win new work through networks and compelling bids.
• Lead projects and professional instructions from inception to completion.
• Maintain clear communication and information flow to support delivery and financial control.
• Manage client and project teams to deliver services profitably, on programme and to a high standard.
• Undertake site visits and surveys; liaise with contractors and clients as required.
• Lead, coach and motivate building surveyors to produce timely outputs.
• Build trusted client relationships and represent Currie & Brown professionally in meetings and correspondence.
