Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS qualification (or working towards).
• Strong technical knowledge across professional and project surveying.
• Excellent report writing and client-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of building surveying commissions from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Support business development through bids, proposals, and networking.
• Manage projects and teams, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality.
• Provide expert professional advice across building surveying disciplines.
• Undertake site inspections, condition surveys, and project reviews.
• Monitor performance with effective financial control during delivery.
• Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to technical excellence.
• Represent Currie & Brown in client meetings and business development activities.
