Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or related construction discipline; Chartered status preferred.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects, construction contracts and stakeholders is essential.
• NEC contract management experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility through to completion; manage programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Deliver surveys, reports, and design work; administer contracts and procurement activities.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
