We are an international company emphasizing staff training, development, and cutting-edge expertise. Due to growth, we seek a Building Surveyor for our team in Epsom, working within the Chichester and West Sussex area.

The Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects across sectors, providing building surveying duties.
• Conduct feasibility studies, produce specifications, obtain estimates and approvals, and administer refurbishment contracts.
• Apply standard building contracts like JCT and NEC.
• Provide professional building surveying services.
• Mentor and train junior surveyors in the APC program.
• Ensure quality, safety, and environmental principles are integrated into project management.
• Support senior managers in daily activities.
• Manage junior surveyors.
• Conduct surveys, inspections, and scheme management in the Southwest East region.
• Assist in developing fee proposals and bids.

The Requirements:

• B.Sc. (Hons) in Building Surveying or equivalent, RICS accredited.
• Chartered status highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in building surveying.
• Experience managing clients, projects, and mentoring team members.
• Proficiency in drafting technical documents and bids.
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
