• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
• Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
• Experience in professional and project-led Building Surveying.
• Strong report writing and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering building surveying projects from inception to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Mentoring and developing junior surveyors.
• Undertaking technical reviews and ensuring quality delivery.
• Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
