Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Building Surveyor located in Sheffield with the opportunity for some remote work. The Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting condition surveys, feasibility studies, contract management, and dilapidations assessments on various projects.

Qualifications

• Building Surveying and Condition Surveys skills
• Experience in conducting Feasibility Studies
• Proficiency in Contract Management and Dilapidations assessments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and report writing skills

• MRICS or equivalent accreditation is preferred
