Job summary

HD Surveyors in the United Kingdom is seeking a lead Building Surveyor to drive professional and project surveying instructions, manage client relationships, and mentor junior surveyors. The role focuses on delivering high-quality services within an established consultancy.

The position requires a degree in Building Surveying (MRICS preferred) and experience delivering professional and project surveying services, with a hybrid working arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package including

• Experience delivering professional and project surveying services.
• Strong commercial property knowledge with client management experience.
• Consultancy building surveying experience.
