Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years' building surveying experience.
• MRICS preferred, although strong unqualified candidates will be considered.
• Strong technical building surveying knowledge.
• Experience managing your own instructions and working with clients.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Consultancy experience is preferred.
• Candidates who are unqualified should be able to demonstrate experience equivalent to a Senior Building Surveyor level.
