Job summary

Bimplus in London is seeking a Director Building Surveyor to drive a high-value client portfolio, secure fee income and oversee WIP and profitability across complex assignments. You will manage strategic client relationships, lead project work in building surveying, and identify multidisciplinary opportunities across cost, project management and related disciplines.

MRICS chartered status and extensive senior experience are essential.

• Established client relationships capable of generating recurring professional fee income.
• Proven experience winning instructions and developing client accounts.
• Commercial responsibility for revenue, WIP, billing and profitability.

Job description

Director Building Surveyor role in London paying a £61,500 base salary with OTE up to £180,000 through a quarterly performance bonus. This is a Permanent Full-time position combining direct client and project involvement with responsibility for revenue, WIP and profitability.
