Senior Building Surveyor, Manchester

£Negotiable Base Salary + Car Allowance, Pension, Health, Bonus(s)

We are working with a fantastic team in Manchester who are actively looking to attract a Senior level Building Surveyor to the team.

The role will very much focus on the day-to-day surveying whilst also offering ideas, suggestions, and a level of input and mentoring to less experienced surveyors in the firm.

The company would best be described as friendly, warm, welcoming, and adaptable, ensuring that each member of the team is supported and looked after. They are focused more on long-term gains than quick wins. With an extremely low staff turnover compared to many of their competitors, they have built a reputation for working on some amazing award-winning projects across a mix of different asset classes.

We are looking for individuals who can stand on their own in dealing with complex and varied tasks with experience in building pathology and project delivery. Ideally, you will have some experience in fire safety, although this can be provided via training.
