• Support development and delivery of Building Consultancy services in the North and nationally (UK). This includes driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance, governance, and the retention and development of our client base.
• Deliver 2.5x remuneration package in fees annually through the delivery of Building Consultancy Services to clients.
• Assist in growing the customer base to positively contribute to the overall growth and financial performance of the business.
• Be a valuable team member within the Building Consultancy business unit, demonstrating the company culture and behaviors.
• Collaborate with other divisions to achieve TRE targets and provide a seamless service to clients.
• Ensure the delivery of professional and exceptional service to clients.
• Adhere to Concerto CRM, CASE, and Quality Management processes. Develop the Building Consultancy service line in collaboration with Regional Leads and the Head of Building Consultancy.
• Support other TRE business units as appropriate.

• Delivering high-quality outputs across all service areas.
• Achieving a minimum of 2.5x remuneration package in fees through personal or team contribution.
• Building networks and collaborating internally and externally.
• Contributing to T&R Building Consultancy Meetings as required.
• Supporting colleagues.
• Applying commercial and financial principles, focusing on client service excellence, costs, profits, and market value.
• Thinking strategically, translating strategies into specific objectives, and aligning resources accordingly.
• Creating innovative approaches to work issues and questioning traditional assumptions.
• Demonstrating personal motivation, enthusiasm, and career commitment.
• Having a good understanding of the Building Consultancy market and industry trends.

Working arrangements

We support flexible working practices, allowing employees to work hours flexibly and remotely where appropriate. This role requires working from the London Paddington office two days a week with the rest from home.
