In line with our ambitious growth and development strategy, we are seeking a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor to join our thriving team, working on a variety of exciting and challenging projects.

You will be a key member of our Building Surveying team, contributing to a multidisciplinary group of professionals. We work across sectors including Education, Residential, Commercial, and Leisure, with projects from small repairs to new builds.

This role involves delivering comprehensive Building Surveying services, managing projects from inception to completion, and mentoring junior surveyors to develop the team and shape the company's future. It’s ideal for an experienced BS aiming to elevate their career.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from inception to completion
• Preparing designs for various project types
• Contract administration
• Conducting building surveys and defect analysis
• Handling professional services including dilapidations, schedules of condition, pre-acquisition surveys, etc.

Requirements

• A degree in Surveying
• MRICS qualification
• Proven track record of leading projects from start to finish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
• Valid driving license for site visits
