What will you be doing?

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to lead the delivery of condition surveys and technical consultancy services for national clients across the UK. Reporting on an adhoc basis into one of their regional offices you will be tasked with carrying out conditions surveys of commercial buildings within your allocated region.

Taking ownership across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings — including offices, retail, and industrial assets — providing strategic advice and actionable insights that support asset performance, compliance, and investment planning. Main duties include:

• Lead and deliver condition surveys and technical inspections across commercial property portfolios across your allocated region.
• Produce high-quality reports and recommendations, tailored to client objectives and asset strategies.
• Provide expert advice on building pathology, lifecycle planning, and remedial works.
• Acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical matters.
