REQUIREMENTS

The Ideal Candidate:

• RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
• Chartered Excellence:Chartered status or actively working towards APC.
• Project Leadership:Proven experience in successfully managing interdisciplinary projects and project teams.
• Sector Savvy:Background in housing, residential, and/or existing buildings.
• Skilful Demonstrated expertise in core building surveying and project management.
• Track Record:A successful history of managing programs of work, highlighting your organisational prowess.
• People Person:Personable with excellent rapport-building skills and a commitment to outstanding client care.
