About the Role:

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Building Surveying team delivering a wide range of services across commercial sectors. You’ll be exposed to varied work including technical due diligence, dilapidations, contract administration, building pathology, and more. This role is ideal for someone who wants to play an integral role in delivering exceptional client service while continuing to develop specialist expertise.

You’ll work with major clients such as institutional investors, funds, and corporate occupiers, building strong relationships and making a real impact across all aspects of surveying.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a broad mix of commercial buildings surveying services
2. Manage contract administration and undertake building condition assessments
3. Lead on technical due diligence and dilapidations matters
4. Provide expert reports and client-facing advice
5. Actively contribute to client relationship building and business development
6. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and apply it in a commercial setting

What We’re Looking For:

1. Degree-qualified in Building Surveying and MRICS accredited
2. Commercially minded with experience in a proactive client-focused environment
3. Confident communicator with strong report writing and presentation skills
4. Knowledge of building contracts in commercial property
5. Comfortable using modern tech and software tools
6. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
