Job summary

Hunter Dunning is seeking a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join its Birmingham team. You will lead projects from inception to completion, delivering both professional services and project management within the commercial property sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience within a consultancy environment.
• Commercial Building Surveying services including dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence and contract administration.
• Experience acting as Project Manager or Employer’s Agent.
• Strong working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Experience managing and administering contracts across residential and/or commercial projects.

Senior Chartered Building Surveyor – Birmingham | £60,000 – £70,000 DOE | Hybrid Working

Hunter Dunning is working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor in Birmingham. This role sits within the Surveying & Project Management sector, delivering commercial Building Surveying services across the UK.

You will lead instructions from inception to completion, combining professional services and project delivery across the commercial property market.

Your Experience

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience within a consultancy environment
• Commercial Building Surveying services including dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence and contract administration
• Experience acting as Project Manager or Employer’s Agent
• Strong working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
