We are looking for a skilled and experienced Building Manager to take charge of operations at a prestigious, ESG-accredited building across London. If you excel in managing single-site or trophy buildings and thrive on delivering exceptional facilities management, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of building operations, ensuring seamless and professional day-to-day management.
  • Maintain high standards in a premium ESG-accredited environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant practices.
  • Manage tenant requests effectively, handling demanding stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facilities management tasks proactively.
  • Host and facilitate meetings with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Work independently while maintaining clear communication with senior management and colleagues.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with tenants and service providers.
  • Handle multiple priorities with excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Uphold health and safety standards, addressing incidents or issues promptly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience managing single-site or high-profile/trophy buildings, with a strong grasp of facilities management in a premium setting.
  • Familiarity with ESG standards and operations in accredited buildings.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to handle challenging tenants with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively to a team.
