Senior Building Manager

Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? We’re recruiting for a Senior Building Manager to oversee a high-profile portfolio of three commercial assets – including a landmark trophy asset – in the heart of Central London. With a strong 90% occupancy rate, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a well-established portfolio.

Full operational management of three commercial buildings
Oversee all facilities management activities across the portfolio
Lead on contractor management and ensure full compliance with H&S legislation ️
Take ownership of service charge budgeting and financial planning
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
Ensure smooth building operations including PPM, reactive maintenance, and incident response
Maintain top-tier presentation standards throughout the properties
Experience working for a managing agent or landlord in a commercial setting
Solid background in facilities/building management within commercial assets
In-depth knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and contractor oversight
Proven ability to manage service charge budgets effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
