Your new company
Excellent opportunity to join a market-leading, multi-disciplinary consultancy in East London within their Property Management division. You will be joining an experienced team who manage a range of residential properties across London and the Home Counties which includes both block management and privately rented properties.
Your new role
As the Senior Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a high-quality portfolio, ensuring compliance, tenant satisfaction and asset value preservation. You'll work closely with landlords, leaseholders and residents to deliver a proactive management service. This will include conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including health and safety and lease obligations. You will build strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders and will also be involved with mentoring junior team members.
This role will be offered on a one-year fixed-term contract, with potential opportunity to become a permanent position.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should have proven experience in privately rented residential property and block management. You should have strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law and leasehold management and should have excellent communication and organisational skills. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
