Job summary

TJ Morris Limited trading as Home Bargains is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Manager for our Omega Distribution Centre in Warrington. You will lead the building maintenance team, oversee all planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure safety, compliance, and reliability of plant and services.

You will manage contractors, budgets, and asset data while coaching staff on the floor to drive performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading building maintenance or facilities teams in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance and statutory compliance (PUWER, SSOW, COSHH).
• Experience using CMMS systems (ARMS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Building Maintenance team, delivering high standards.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, asset management, and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with PUWER, SSOW, COSHH and safety standards across site.
• Manage budgets, resources, and maintenance spend.
• Maintain accurate records in ARMS and manage asset data.
