Job summary

ISS is seeking a senior professional to lead fabric services strategy across the UK estate, establishing standards and guiding investment in maintenance and refurbishment. You will influence senior stakeholders and champion innovative asset management practices.

The role requires extensive experience in building fabric, lifecycle planning, and delivering complex projects while ensuring safety and compliance across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience leading fabric services across a large, complex, dispersed portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of building fabric maintenance, condition surveys, asset management and refurbishment.
• Relevant qualification or demonstrable experience in Building Surveying, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Architecture or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK fabric services strategy with standards, processes and policies.
• Develop and execute long-term fabric maintenance, refurbishment and replacement plans.
• Oversee asset condition assessments and lifecycle planning for internal and external fabric.
• Provide independent oversight to ensure safety, compliance, and quality across the estate.
