Job summary

Ribble Valley Borough Council in Clitheroe is seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control Team. The post holder will ensure new buildings meet regulatory standards of safety, sustainability, accessibility and design.

You will be registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2d (minimum) Building Inspector, hold a degree with CABE or RICS membership, and have at least 5 years' experience in Building Control. A full UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2d (minimum) Building Inspector.
• Degree with full CABE or RICS membership or other relevant professional membership.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Building Control.
