Job summary

WMJobs seeks a Senior Building Control Surveyor in Malvern to manage a caseload of applications for Building Regulations approval, including complex projects. Qualifications

• Registered at a minimum of Class 2a, b & d with the regulator.
• Desirable to be fully qualified with RICS, CABE or equivalent.
• Hold a driving licence and use of a car for business or be fully mobile.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of applications for Building Regulations approval.
• Liaise with developers on development proposals.
• Support Head of Building Control as needed.
