Senior Building Control Surveyor needed in SW London

The rate is £318.96 per day PAYE.

This is a temporary role.

The reference number is: RQ1524390.

The successful candidate will:

1. Review plans for a diverse range of construction projects.
2. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations.
3. Provide Building Control advice through various channels (phone, email, in person).
4. Be responsible for inspecting dangerous structures during regular working hours.
5. Maintain accurate records of inspections and correspondence.
6. Support the training of Trainee and Assistant Surveyors.
7. Assist the Principal Surveyor and Head of Building Control with additional team duties.
