Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in an appropriate building service engineering occupation.
• One industry-specific health and safety qualification.
• One formal supervisory management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise MEP operatives and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate with principal contractors and clients.
• Requisition and progress supply of necessary plant, equipment and materials.
• Record delays and additional works and report to head office/IPL as required.
• Attend site/progress meetings with contractors or clients.
