Location: London, Hybrid Working

Do you have the knowledge and experience to coordinate and contribute to the development of our US Casualty Construction business? This hybrid role involves a blended home/office working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing advice on placement design, capacity, pricing, and coverage
• Working with clients on large, sophisticated placements
• Defining marketing strategies
• Leading quote broking and market follow-up within Lloyd’s and European markets
• Presenting terms to clients and networks
• Executing firm order broking (PPL, wet stamps, email)
• Reviewing draft/final MRCs for binding
• Sending cover confirmations to clients and networks
• Hosting client meetings with underwriters
• Managing and developing a pipeline of new business
• Maintaining relationships with insurer partners
• Providing benchmarking and placement advice
• Traveling within the Aon global network as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Significant experience in broking Construction Liability business, US or international
• Technical knowledge of US and/or international Casualty markets
• Proficiency with insurance IT systems
• Experience in client relationship management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Understanding of compliance and FCA regulations
