Your new job working as a Senior Binder Broker Support Technician will be working at an independent Lloyd's insurance and reinsurance broker specialising in providing bespoke solutions to support their clients' growth and success. With Offices overseas and the UK, your new brokers are growing from strength to strength and pride themselves on providing a wide range of specialist insurance solutions provided to businesses, insurance brokers and trade associations. A permanent position for a Senior Binder Broker Support Technician has arisen within an established North American and International Property and Casualty team dealing with both a mix of Binders and open market Property and related risks.

Your new role

Your new job working as a Senior Binder Broker Support Technician will be responsible for providing a quality technical service to Brokers covering all aspects of their insurance. You will be responsible for the production of MRC slips and endorsements. You will also be responsible for working closely with Placing Brokers, Producing Brokers, colleagues and clients. The role will include the analysis of data under existing Binding Authority Agreements. Dealing with Market statistics (PI / Earned to Incurred etc). Preparation of MRC slips and endorsements, as well as updating and maintaining monthly Earned to Incurred statistics. Compiling and maintaining risk level data for Binding Authority Agreements. Knowledge and use of Lloyd's systems eg DComm/Lineage (would be advantageous). This role will be more Binder led but there will also be the production of Open Market NA Property and related risks.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience working as a Technician dealing with Non Marine or Property risks emanating ideally from North America will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be technically astute and ideally, you will have experience in MRC slip production and endorsement and experience of handling DCOM. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally. Cross training to NA Property and Transportation will be offered.

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE LONDON MARKET TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A LLOYD'S BROKER WORKING AS A TECHNICIAN OR IN TECHNICAL SUPPORT, IDEALLY WITH KNOWLEDGE AND OR EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH NORTH AMERICAN RISKS. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PRODUCE MRC SLIPS, AS WELL AS HAVE EXPERIENCE OF BINDERS
