Your new job working as a Senior Binder Broker Support Technician will be working at an independent Lloyd’s insurance and reinsurance broker specialising in providing bespoke solutions to support their clients’ growth and success. With offices overseas and in the UK, your new brokers are growing from strength to strength and pride themselves on providing a wide range of specialist insurance solutions to businesses, insurance brokers, and trade associations. A permanent position for a Senior Binder Broker Support Technician has arisen within an established North American and International Property and Casualty team dealing with both a mix of Binders and open market Property and related risks.
Your new role

You will be responsible for providing a high-quality technical service to Brokers covering all aspects of their insurance. Your duties include the production of MRC slips and endorsements, working closely with Placing Brokers, Producing Brokers, colleagues, and clients. The role involves analyzing data under existing Binding Authority Agreements, handling Market statistics (PI / Earned to Incurred, etc.), and maintaining risk level data for Binding Authority Agreements. Knowledge and use of Lloyd’s systems, such as m/Lineage, would be advantageous. This role will be primarily Binder-led but will also involve the production of Open Market NA Property and related risks.
What you'll need to succeed

Candidates should have previous experience working as a Technician dealing with Non-Marine or Property risks, ideally from North America. Technical proficiency in MRC slip production, endorsements, and handling Binders is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Cross-training in NA Property and Transportation will be provided.
