CBPWAM in London is seeking an experienced Senior Broker to join our high-performance sales team focused on pre-IPO investment opportunities. This telesales role handles qualified inbound leads, builds investor relationships, and closes deals by phone.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling alternative investments (pre-IPO/private equity) and a history of meeting high revenue targets in a regulated sales setting. A modern city office and ongoing earning potential are offered.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience selling alternative investment products over the phone.
• Proven track record in telesales and closing high-value investment deals.
• Experience selling pre-IPO shares, private equity, EIS/SEIS, property investments, bonds, or similar alternative investments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contact and qualify inbound investor leads.
• Present and sell pre-IPO investment opportunities over the phone.
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth and sophisticated investors.
• Explain pre-IPO offerings, valuations, and exit potential clearly, professionally, and compliantly.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to close and allocation.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up to date with IPO pipelines, private markets, and alternative investment trends.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling alternative investment products — ideally pre-IPO or private equity — and consistently achieving high revenue targets in a regulated sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound investor leads
• Present and sell pre-IPO investment opportunities over the phone
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth and sophisticated investors
• Explain pre-IPO offerings, valuations, and exit potential clearly, professionally, and compliantly
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to close and allocation

Requirements
