As a Senior Broadcast Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that on‑air programmes and engineering services are delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest technical standards. Working within a fast‑paced, live broadcast environment, you will support and maintain the systems that power our global news output.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure all on‑air programming and engineering services are delivered on schedule and at the highest level of quality.
• Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of broadcast and broadcast IT systems, resolving issues proactively.
• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair broadcast equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure uninterrupted transmission and smooth daily operations.
• Execute planned maintenance activities and manage downtime requirements across the broadcast environment.
• Update and maintain system documentation and technical diagrams.
• Support technical projects, including materials requisition and reviewing vendor proposals.
• Respond to faults, incidents, and service requests via the AJMN Service Desk, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Provide hands‑on technical support across all broadcast and broadcast IT areas.
