Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Chartered structural/civil engineer to lead a Bridges and Civil Structures team in the UK. You will drive delivery on high-profile schemes, supervise a team of around 5 engineers, and provide technical direction across diverse client projects, from design through delivery.

You will apply rigorous engineering judgement, manage risks, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring quality outcomes and safe, compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• Have a BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Structural/Civil Engineering and Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
• Experience supervising elements of large, complex structural projects such as bridges and retaining walls.
• Experience leading a team of around 5 engineers, providing sound leadership while delivering on projects.
