Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Engineer within their Bridges and Civil Structures team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of technically challenging projects, ensuring high standards and exceptional client satisfaction. You'll be responsible for mentoring junior staff and making key technical decisions on complex bridge engineering assignments.

This position requires a BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Structural/Civil Engineering and relevant team leadership experience. You’ll work collaboratively across UK locations to achieve impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising large, complex structural engineering projects.
• Experience leading a team of around 5 Engineers.
